The Princess Speaks.......Again

Beads, beads, beads............
Yesterday, after dealing with the evils - especially the oldest one, who drives me just a wee tad nuts, I was feeling quite stressed and quite depressed and quite blue. Bear told me to do what almost always makes me feel better - go shopping! ~~huge grin~~
I hit Michael's but not too badly. I got some books on beading because it looks like fun and the jewelry looked very pretty and I liked it. I got a couple other things too, but since they may be part of a surprise for my fellow princesses, I shall keep still about them for now. Then I went to Borders and they didn't have what I wanted and the line was like a mile long, so I left without buying anything (masses faint at that sentence, heehee). Don't worry, I came home and went online and ordered what I wanted - no shipping, and cheaper prices. ;-)
Then I went looking for beads. I decided that I would buy what I needed from a real store so I could actually see what I was getting. Back to Michael's today - it's not far from Bear's work and I always take him in on Saturdays, so it worked out quite nicely. They had nothing that I needed. Dammit. Had to go past Wally-world on the way home, so I nipped in and checked there. I actually thought they were having some sort of party there because the parking lot was so full. But no, just your normal Saturday afternoon Wally-world celebrants - most of whom were in my way. Gotta love Wal-mart. Not. Anyway, they didn't have what I want either, so I guess I'll be ordering online. I do love to do that, but I've sworn to be good for a while. Oh, well, the credit cards are paid off and there's only one more thing I totally need (A Sir Monkey sweatshirt, of course) so I think I can do the bead thing.
I shall post updates on the progress of these projects, because I know that you're all dying to see how they come out. Oh, I finished the front of Bear's sweater and started the sleeves last night. Go, me! I'm off to knit and then read - I didn't sleep well last night so methinks a lazy day is in store. Sounds like a plan.

so the princess declares 5:02 PM
