Happy Valentine's Day!............
Today, on this day for lovers, I declare a national holiday throughout the kingdom...........for Laprincessa is very much in love, and wishes to share that wonderful feeling with all her subjects. ~~sprinkles pink and gold sparklies over everyone~~

Bear and I did the present thing last night. I'm now wearing a new white gold charm bracelet with a beautiful diamond heart charm. It goes quite nicely with the bracelet I got for Christmas last year, which is a very good thing since I will never take either of them off. I do love presents, especially the sparkly kind, but only cuz he so loves to give them to me. ;-)

Food update........the scalloped potatoes, which I sorta threw together by using the best looking parts of a couple of recipes - came out absolutely wonderful. Seriously, Bear had thirds. Then complained he was sooooo full, heehee. I think they will be on the menu on a regular basis from now on. I stayed away from the cheese, but I may try it at some point in the future. Tonight we're having scallops. Seems to be a pattern here? Bear will cook them for me, while I knit for him. We're just so domestic.
Ouchies. I bit the inside of my lip the other day, so hard that it swelled up and hurt a lot. Yesterday it was just all purple and hurty inside, today it's all purple and there's actually a bruise on the outside of my lip. Under my lip. It hurts, too. I don't like ouchies. Perhaps I should put ice cream on it. ~~big grin~~
Yesterday I bought ice cream - fudge ripple. I've had such a craving for that and I had to go to the store anyway, so I indulged. Had to rearrange the freezer to fit it in, but that's okay. Had a lovely conversation with a little old lady in the grocery store who told me that organic potatoes were the best thing she'd ever eaten. They oughta be seein as how they cost a whole lot more than the regular kind.
And today I think I shall finally do my taxes. Bleah. I hate tax. There shall be no taxes levied in my kingdom, none whatsoever. We don't need em, we can live on love. hee.
