Laprincessa once again attempts the kitchen thing............
I am making scalloped potatoes. Rather, I am attempting them. I have never done this before, but I thought it might be nice. Bear seemed to enjoy having dinner nearly ready when he got home last night. It was quite tasty, by the way. ;-) I shall report tomorrow on the potatoes. I'm thinkin if all else fails, I'll just cover them with cheese - that usually fixes most problems. (Sorry, Pero, but it does.)
I did very little today. I got up early - at noon. Went to the store and got a present for the Bear, and oh, oh - I bought meself a Swiffer duster. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. We shall be dust-free or I will know the reason why. ~~looks stern~~ It's quite the cute little thing, reaches into spots where other things don't and stuff. It didn't inspire me to do the dance that the lady in the commerical does, but I usually have to have at least one drink before I get up to dance, anyway.
Came home from the store and read a bit, knit a bit, worked out, knit a bit, had some popcorn, did my taxes, and here I be. Oh, yeah, I ordered a burpday present for Lady Jaya, heehee. I do love to buy presents. I love to get them, too. Presents are wonderful things.
